Cupcakes
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a bowl mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a mixer bowl beat butter until creamy, add sugar, and continue beating for about 7 minutes.
  4. Add eggs to mixing bowl one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Turn speed down to low and add flour and milk, alternating turns between flour and milk.
  6. Add vanilla and mix well.
  7. Divide batter into cupcake liners until 3/4 full. Using a ice cream scoop will make this process easier.
  8. Bake 30 – 35 minutes or until a toothpick come out clean.
  9. Cool completely before frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting
  1. Beat room temperature butter and cream cheese with mixer on medium high speed until light and fluffy. About 2 to 3 minutes
  2. Reduce speed of mixer to low and add sugar 1 cup at a time.
  3. Add vanilla and mix until smooth.
  4. Frost cooled cupcakes.
  5. Add a little sparkle to your cupcakes by adding sprinkles.
