Thai Lettuce Wraps
  1. Brown beef and pork until cooked. Drain. Chop bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and mushrooms to a fine consistency in a food processor or by hand. Season with Adobo Seasoning and Sesame Oil. Add to the ground meat cooking for a few minutes to heat up.
  2. Serve with Lettuce Leaves and Steamed Rice. I serve two sauces with these. Mae Ploy and a Soy Vinegar Sauce made by combining equal portions of vinegar and soy sauce. One can never go wrong with putting a bottle of Sriracha on the table.
