
Oh Goodness! My head is spinning, three of my favorite ingredients in one cookie. Its like getting a different taste in each bite.
The only things needed to accompany these is a cold glass of milk and a companion. The companion is an option, not a requirement, to indulge in these beauties.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter room temp
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° and spray cookie sheets with a nonstick spray or use parchment paper.
- Cream the butter with mixer, then gradually add the sugars beating until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla
- In separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and cardamom together and add it to the butter mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Stir in the pecans, cherries, and chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto the cookie sheet or parchment paper 2" apart and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
